Puis-je annuler une réservation? Can I cancel a reservation?

Dans des circonstances exceptionnelles (une urgence médicale par exemple), vous pourrons annuler votre réservation en contre-partie du versement d'une indemnité :

Calcul de l'indémnité d'annulation :
   Annulation reçue au moins 60 jours avant le début de la location :                  10% du loyer
   Annulation reçue entre 30 et 59 jours inclus avant le début de la location :      20% du loyer
   Annulation reçue entre 15 et 29 jours inclus avant le début de la location :      50% du loyer
   Annulation reçue moins de 15 jours avant le début de la location :                 100% du loyer

In exceptional circonstances (medical emmergency for exemple), we may cancel your reservation provided the payment of a cancellation fee.

Calculation of the fee: 
   Cancellation received more than 2 months before your arrival:         10% of the total rental price
   Cancellation received between 30 and 59 days included:                  20 % of the total rental price
   Cancellation received between 15 and 29 days included:                  50 % of the total rental price
   Cancellation received less than 15 days before your arrival:            100 % of the total rental price
